“The COLORS of the LIGHT, in Art and Architecture” is the name of the group show who I am participating in during design week in Milan, my hometown. The connection to Twisting Rise was a thunderbolt from the sky when Blanchaert, at the presentation of the event at the Peruvian consulate, mentions the stained glass windows in the cathedral lit up at first light of the sunrise.

While I was in Kenya, I decided to continue a project that had arisen on a high school afternoon in plastic arts class. More than 20 years later, it still had its compositional strength and modular character, allowing me to play with its still intact potential. I began 8 pastel cards by giving a rhythm to the group of 4 + 4. During the production the idea of windows was clear, it evoked in me a sense of functional application to the drawings that were emerging.
